Our Azure team continues to monitor & learn new updates to Azure, to ensure our client’s get the most out of their Azure platform.
Our CEO & Managing Partner, Anil Shah, has worked in the Microsoft Partner channel in New York & Washington DC for several years before returning to India to be closer to his family & start his CRM Practice. His goal is to help companies all over the globe get the most out of their CRM Online deployments. Before returning to India, Anil was leading the CRM Practice Lead at a Top 1% Gold Partner in New York where he managed several complex CRM implementations and was heavily involved in all aspects of the business from Pre-Sales to Solutions Architecture. Anil has several close colleagues in the Microsoft Partner channel and travels frequently to meet and discuss CRM with industry leaders. Anil also has a strong interest in new emerging cloud technologies that can help companies grow in their core business without costly, upfront IT investments. Anil’s goal is to establish CloudFronts as a preferred partner for our clients around the world for their CRM, AX & BI requirements.
Anil holds a Bachelor in Engineering from Mumbai University and a Dual Masters in Engineering & Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. Anil has spent his entire career working with CRM and related cloud technologies and is heavily involved in setting the company’s strategic direction. He currently resides in the vibrant city of Mumbai with his wife and 2 daughters.
Shikha Bhatnagar is at forefront of our electric Human Resources team. She has explored a wide range of Human Resources functions over the years, with a variety of genres including BPO, Telecom and NGO Industries. Her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management & International Development from University of Manchester further enhances her skill set and talent. Shikha brings in a fresh take on Human Resources in our IT Company. She has been managing the entire spectrum of roles that are on the profile of an HR generalist.
At CloudFronts, Shikha plays an exhaustive role in Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Talent Retention, Training and Development, Career and Succession planning, Compensation & Benefit, Designing HR Policies & Process Designs, Social Media branding and a host of activities that revolve around the wellbeing of our team.
Shikha has meticulously contributed to setting up the Human Resources division at CloudFronts and continues to channelize her efforts towards making the work atmosphere positive. Most of us at CloudFronts are enthusiasts of the weekly team bonding and bi-annual team offsite sessions conducted by our HR team.
For an emerging IT Company with a small team, dedication and employee satisfaction are the two balancing ingredients for success. The various nuances of Human Resources, when applied sincerely, can bring in a fresh wave of positivity and ambition into each team member. Shikha and her team of professionals are helping CloudFronts achieve this balance through their hard work and dedication.
Shikha is also mother to a four year old and takes keen interest in a mother toddler group that she set up years ago. Shikha’s driving force is her intent to add value to the workplace. Above all, she believes in making a difference.
