CLOUDFRONTS TRAVELOGUE

“Of the gladdest moments in human life, methinks, is the departure upon a distant journey into unknown lands. Shaking off with one mighty effort the fetters of Habit, the leaden weight of Routine, the cloak of many Cares, and the slavery of Home, man feels once more happy.”

— Richard Francis Burton

My memories of Singapore – Malaysia – Bangkok

Traveller: Talented Tina

My trip to Southeast Asia in which I visited Singapore, Malaysia and Bangkok was indeed one of the best trips I ever had. I went along with my parents for 10 days to these three beautiful places. We went during summer and the weather was quite pleasant.

Bangkok:

In Bangkok, we had a good stay at Hotel Ibis. We visited Mini Siam in Pattaya which is a mini world having the seven wonders of the world and other structures as miniatures.

You should not miss on Coral islands if you are an adventurous person. We enjoyed doing parasailing at Coral Islands. We also went in an underwater submarine and had a beautiful view of the flora and fauna which resides deep in the waters.

Next on our list was the Nong Nooch Garden and Resort. This place has an amazing view and is maintained extremely well. It has many spots to click beautiful pictures.

The elephant show here is just awesome. I got to sit on the elephant trunk which was absolute fun.

We spent a mesmerizing evening at the Chao river cruise and had a sumptuous dinner.

Our next visit was to Safari world which had lovely shows presented by dolphins and seal.

We visited the Baiyoke Sky Hotel which has around 84 floors and the topmost floor rotates 360 degrees which gives a complete view of Bangkok. It has wonderful buffet lunch with cuisines from around the world.

Malaysia:

Our next destination was Malaysia. We visited Genting Highlands in Malaysia which is a high altitude hill resort in Malaysia. It has thrilling rides and you will love the cool weather here. We reached Genting Highlands in Cable Car which is exciting.

We visited the twin towers which look even more beautiful in the evening when they are lit up.

Singapore:

In Singapore, we visited the Merlion which had its own beauty and an amazing art museum which has beautiful paintings. Also, we went to the Ocean world which has an awesome view.

We ended our trip with the lovely Light and water show at Singapore.

Last but not the least you can do loads of shopping in all these places. I had indeed a great time shopping.

All good things come to an end and so did this trip! As I said in the beginning, this is one of my most memorable trips which will be cherished forever. So, all you travelers out there, go ahead and explore these lovely places. It will be totally worth it!
