CloudFronts recognizes the pressure placed on personal and family life of its employees, created by the increasing demands of the modern working environment. These demands test our ability to balance our personal growth, family commitments and professional growth at various levels. CloudFit Sessions

With a commitment to build fitness into everyday work life at CloudFronts, we have introduced CloudFit session once a week. We expect this initiative should become organic and part of the way things work around and inspire, motivate and challenge one another.


"At the beginning of the 2017, CloudFronts HR team taken a big decision to promote employee work life harmony by helping employees to build-up Physical Fitness and what is better solution than a Cloudfit Session, by introducing weekly 1hour Aerobics/Fitness session is the best initiative. I also managed to get my work/life related stress under control through exercises and discovered fitness can be fun. I'm improving my Fitness/Self-Confidence/Positive Energy. Cloudfit sessions have become part of my weekly life. I think there is no need for me to mention that I would suggest these cloud fit sessions to conduct two times in a week instead of one."……

We encourage employees to set aside time for well-deserved travel breaks. We support your holiday in spirit and encourage employees to contribute to the company’s travelogue Blogs. "The idea of encouraging a Travel blog with contributions from all of us employees is a very good initiative by HR. It will serve a manifold purpose – at work many of us do not get the time to share with each other our holiday experiences and this would be a wonderful way to do so. What’s even better, if we had a great experience, by sharing it, we can let others plan and have a great experience too. Secondly, this blog means that our company too takes keen interest in our lives and would like to know and share our travel experiences. Happiness Quotient

Happiness Quotient at CloudFronts is a key practice to keep solidarity between employees and management in check. This lets up drop an idea to the management about the atmosphere at workplace and what we feel about it and how it can be changed. As human beings, we shy away from communicating certain things directly. HR masks this awkwardness by taking feedback individually and anonymously and addresses this behind the scenes. Result is the change we all want. It’s plain and straight forward, yet anonymous.

OKR: Self Review Mechanism

By setting well defined objectives and Key Result Areas at the beginning of each quarter, we bring an OKR system in place.
