Australia based Altius Group partners with CloudFronts for Onboarding & Managed Services

CloudFronts Technologies is delighted to announce that it has been selected by Australia based Altius Group for their Onboarding and Managed Services project. Altius Group is a leading provider in offering tailored, holistic solutions across workplace health and safety, well-being, employment, risk, and claims support services to enable organizations and their people to optimize their physical and mental health. Since its establishment in the year 2001, their team, based across Australia, has partnered with clients to identify barriers and implement effective solutions to optimize health potential and help organizations build a productive and successful workforce.

As part of this engagement, CloudFronts will be in-charge of onboarding and managed services support thereafter. With today’s stiff competition, professional services and consulting firms like Altius Group are finding it more and more difficult to engage their customers and enhance loyalty factor. Amid this, there are tons of complex issues which keep arising in the existing technology platforms already in place to enhance business operations. To tackle this, companies are increasingly understanding and leveraging the importance of creating and utilizing a Managed Services Agreement to help clearly define the scope of services, set appropriate expectations and record the common understanding of each party’s responsibilities in the service relationship.

“We worked closely with the Altius Technology Leadership team to understand requirements for their Dynamics 365 Sales and Service roll out and then proposed a Managed Services Engagement to deploy the platform in an Agile manner.
