PM App – Terms of Use

Your monthly subscription for Project Management Solution will start when CloudFronts confirms your payment and will continue for a period of thirty days on recurring payment basis. At the end of the subscription period, you will be automatically billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may inform us prior to the end of your current subscription term.
 
Refund clause:
In case you have purchased our product then there will be no refund given for that particular month. But if you want to cancel the subscription then mail us [email protected] and we will discontinue your subscription and you will not be charged for the next month onwards.
 
Delivery:
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with confirmation. This may take up some time to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us at [email protected].
 
Transactional Emails:
Cloudfronts Technologies LLP may on occasion send you email notifications related to your subscription. These transactional emails may include notification of your registration with Cloudfronts Technologies LLP, also your payment status mail notifications.
 
Account Suspension:
Cloudfronts Technologies LLP reserves the right, at any time, to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, with notice and no refund will granted.
 
Pricing/Billing:
We reserve the right to change pricing with a 90 day prior notice to you. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.
 
General:
The preceding terms & conditions govern the sale of Project Management Solution between you the buyer and Cloudfronts Technologies LLP .By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms & conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions and you will be notified of the new terms and conditions for your acceptance.
