Pure Projects partners with CloudFronts for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Implementation

CloudFronts Technologies is delighted to announce that it has been selected by a leading Project Management service provider ‘Pure Projects‘ to consult and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. Pure Projects are a specialist provider of Project Management, Development Management, Master Planning, Construction Administration and Construction Management services. They manage and deliver large projects in locations across Australia, Asia and U.S., all from local clubs, nightclubs to spectacular shopping malls to downtown apartment buildings.


As part of this engagement, CloudFronts will deploy Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. With today’s stiff competition, construction firms are finding it increasingly difficult to engage their customers and enhance loyalty factor. Unless they adopt better software tools to manage their sales process they’ll continue to struggle. Pure Projects was seeking a stable business platform which could be scalable, consists ofroles & rights and deliver performance along with full-fledged security.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement software uses cutting-edge technology to standardize the customer engagement process and delivers valuable insight into all aspects of customer relationship management.
