We are pleased to announce that a leading US-based non-profit organization has partnered with CloudFronts to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

The organization is planning a full migration to the Microsoft ecosystem to have connected systems, eliminating the need for manual data integration. CloudFronts is partnering with the client to design, architect, and deploy Dynamics 365 Customer Service to align with their customer support goals. The initial focus is on implementing a robust ticketing system that improves service responsiveness and operational efficiency.
