Eternity Lifestyles approached CloudFronts with the following requirements –

  1. Office 365 Re-alignment (User and Subscription management, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online).
  2. User Training.
  3. Security and Compliance.

Solution Delivered:

Having analysed the loopholes in Eternity Lifestyles’ existing setups and mechanisms, the CloudFronts team came up with an appropriate solution.

The Team decided to carry out a realignment of Microsoft Office 365 services. As a part of this overhaul, they first glanced through user’s licenses. The critical issue was that the emails were being deleted by former employees at the time of their leaving and they were not recoverable, while Office 365 has the feature of retaining emails. In response to this, Exchange Admin Center (EAC) was set up where Email Encryption, Resource Configuration, Email Retention, Mailbox Auditing was set up. SharePoint Online was set up for document management and collaboration. As a part of Security and Compliance, ‘Retention Policies’ were implemented to safeguard online documents.

Additionally, the team also trained the client’s team on all the deployed functionalities and features of Office 365 services such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Security and Compliance policies.
