Magic Bus Foundation approached CloudFronts with the following requirements –
- Reports from Magic Bus OASYS (SQL Server) and Sixer Class (Email Attachments) Data.
- Help them receive mobile SSRS Reports.
Having understood and analysed Magic Bus working model, the CloudFronts team first considered the Magic Bus operational processes to get an understanding of the key data points for developing KPIs and dashboards. After sufficient brainstorming, our team then came up with a solution to develop a dashboard on top of Power BI and provide SSRS report. The CloudFronts team developed the reports from Magic Bus OASYS (SQL Server) and Sixer Class (Email Attachments) Data. This data visualization along with deep analytics will provide a critical understanding of their everyday operations across all their hierarchies.

Post Go Live:
Magic Bus went live with the phase 1 of their dashboards on 03 July, 2018 and their second phase was completed on 2 August, 2018. Post Go-Live, the Magic Bus team is enabling every stakeholder to get a view of the operational team’s performance in an easy, transparent and near-real time manner. Additionally, it is also helping them in delivering better Social ROI to their investors.
