Synopsis of the Event: The Dubai 365 Saturday Summit kicked off with an inspiring key note from Muhammad Alam. It was great to see the continued momentum for Dynamics 365 and it’s central importance to Microsoft! Muhammad Alam’s focus on ‘One Dynamics’ was also a key point to show the value of Dynamics 365 as a complete platform…from Sales to Service to Finance to Commerce. CloudFronts is deeply commited to this vision as well and has recently started creating a single team to deliver solutions on Dynamics 365. We are calling it BEST…for Business Solutions Team and E for Empowering Customers! The sessions at the Summit were also very rich and the session delivered by Kuldeep Gupta on Dynamics 365 PSA and the upcoming Dynamics 365 Project Operations was rich and showcased how we ourselves use PSA and how we are deeply engaged with Microsoft to bring the Project Operations solution to our customers.
