The Challenge: 

Tinius Olsen’s legacy TIBCO integration system had become a significant bottleneck in their operations. The company struggled with limited visibility into integration runs and errors, making it difficult to identify and resolve issues quickly. Frequent synchronization problems between Dynamics 365 Field Service and Finance & Operations often required manual intervention, consuming valuable time and resources. Additionally, the system was costly to maintain, inflexible in adapting to evolving business needs, and lacked a centralized monitoring capability—leaving teams in the dark about overall integration performance.
