The client’s customer, an Australia-based NDIS Registered Service Provider, required a structured & organized solution to help them better manage their IT environment, have control over & protect their company data, and manage their deployed devices.
Solution Delivered:
CloudFronts helped Kloudify deploy Microsoft Intune for their client helping them with Identity & Access Management and setup Intune Policies for managing deployed devices. Additionally, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign On (SSO) were configured enabling the client to effortlessly manage identity & access to augment their organization’s security.
Microsoft Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a layer of protection to the sign-in process. Users provide additional identity verification when accessing accounts or apps, such as scanning a fingerprint or entering a code received by phone.
In addition, CloudFronts also helped Kloudify to deploy Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to protect the firm’s highly sensitive organizational data by requiring users and devices to meet some requirements. In Intune, this feature is called compliance policies and it enabled the client to create security groups, revoke admin access, configure update rings for Windows, auto archive mailboxes, create a retention policy for SharePoint, create app protection policies for mobile devices, configure OneDrive silent sync & files on demand, disable PIN during device enrolment, setup Windows Auto Pilot and more. CloudFronts also provided detailed documentation for effective user training.
