Discovery & Prioritization Pack
Business challenge definition, process map, risk classification. Documented in a signed-off FRD.
Agent Design Document
Intended use, inputs/outputs, systems, human review checkpoints, assumptions, exclusions.
Configured AI Agent
Hosted in Azure AI Foundry or Databricks, ready for output generation.
Connectors & Integrations
Approved knowledge sources, orchestration configuration for the agreed use case.
Prompt & Guardrail Config
Prompting, grounding, workflow, and guardrails. Prompt training via UAT with user guides and tutorials.
Testing & Evaluation Pack
Sample prompts, UAT scripts, acceptance scenarios, defect log, and remediation notes.
User Guide & Admin Runbook
End-user guide for the agent plus admin/support runbook for triage.

Agents deployed in customer-owned environments. Production go-live requires customer approval, environment readiness, and agreed testing.

Adoption Monitoring

CloudFronts tracks AI adoption outcomes, identifies implementation gaps, and works with Customer to drive usage to agreed metrics.

Outcomes & Acceptance

AI-Enabled Capabilities

Design, configuration, deployment, and support of AI capabilities to assist authorized users with agreed business tasks.

Approved Use Cases Only

AI agents used only for documented and customer-approved use cases, with end-user discretion.

Productivity Enhancement Tools

AI agents produce draft summaries, recommendations, analyses, and preliminary business outputs.

Acceptance Criteria

Based on agreed deliverables, successful deployment, test completion, and documentation delivery. Not withheld due to variable AI outputs.

Outputs Are Preliminary

AI-generated content is draft material only, not final or authoritative results.

How are costs and billing structured?
The engagement is a 12-Month Agreement at [xxxx] USD/month. Any approved Time and Materials work outside included hours is billed at [xx] USD/hour. Azure consumption, model usage, storage, and third-party license costs are excluded and borne by the Customer.
What are the Customer's responsibilities?
No. However, AI success depends on the right level of data readiness. CloudFronts helps organizations assess their current maturity and focus on the next logical step, ensuring clean, reliable data before scaling predictive or prescriptive AI use cases.
How is Acceptance Criteria defined?
Acceptance is based on agreed deliverables, successful deployment, test completion, and documentation delivery. It is not withheld due to variable AI outputs inherent to probabilistic systems.
What is the cancellation and renewal policy?
The MSA can be cancelled by either party with a 60-day written notice and a business justification. Renewal protocols involve reviewing utilization, roadmap, and service performance at least 60 days prior to expiry.
