Post message on teams with logic app

Hello everyone in this blog we will see how we can post a message on a teams channel using logic app.

Step 1:

Go to portal.azure.com and select logic app azure service.

Step 2:

 Create a logic by filling the details accordingly.

Home > Logic apps > Create a logic app Create workflows leveraging hundreds of connectors and the visual designer. Leam more Project details Select the subscription to manage deployed resources and costs. Use resource groups like folders to organize and manage all your resources. Subscription Resource group * Instance details Logic app name * Region * Associate with integration service environment O Integration service environment Visual Studio Enterprise — MPN Create new Enter name... East US 2 Review * create Previous : Basics Next: Tags > Download a template for automation O

Step 3:

Select the recurrence trigger for logic app

Logic Apps Designer Start with a common trigger Rick from one of the most commonly used triggers, then orchestrate any number of actions using the rich collection of connectors When a message is received in a Service Bus queue When a HTTP request is received When a new tweet is posted When a new file is created on OneDrive Templates Choose template belcnv to soour Logic App. Category : All Sort by : When an Event Grid resource event occurs When a file is added to FTP server Popularity

Step 4:

Now click on new step and select Ms Teams connector.

Step 5:

Select Post message on teams options.

Search connectors and actiors Triggers Actions List teams (preview) Microsoft Teams Post a choice of options as the Flow bot to a user (preview) Microsoft Teams Post a message (V3) (preview) Microsoft Teams Post a message as the Flow bot to a channel (preview) Microsoft Teams Post a message as the Flow bot to a user (preview) Microsoft Teams

Step 6:

Select your teams channel name and channel and write the message that you want to send.

In this way you can post a message on teams. Hope this helps.
