How to set a default chart in a view’s Chart Pane

Introduction:

This blog explains how to set a default chart in a view’s Chart Pane

Scenario:

We have created custom chart on order named as Order by printing status.

We want this chart should get open when user click on charts pane

Steps:

1. Go to Customization –> Order –> Charts.
2. Click on More Actions –> Export Chart.
3. .xml file will get download.
4. Open that file with notepad.
5. Search isdefault and set its value to true.
6. Save
7. Click on More Actions –> Import Chart
8. Import the customized chart.
9. Replace and Import Chart.
10. Publish Customization.
11. Now you can see that chart as default chart.
