Set credit limit automatically for newly created customers in POS in D365 Retail POS(Commerce )
For customers created in POS, there is a limitation when it comes to enabling certain parameters for customers. Because those options are not available to the cashier on POS.
For example the customers created on POS must have automatic credit limit set to them. So every time a customer is created by a cashier the credit limit will be always 0.
To achieve this , go to default customer on the store and enter the credit limit
You can also set other parameters on the default customer and they will also be defined for any new customers created on POS
